Everyone was friendly and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Melissa did my masseter treatment and took the time to listen to what I wanted and make sure I was comfortable. I made a mistake once going else where and i learned my lesson . She was able to fix someone else's mess. Truly grateful for her . The office is impeccable and a great atmosphere. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to the products they offer without being pushy and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
